We are now in Port Hedland for a couple of nights, awaiting our new tyre. It finally arrived today (Saturday) so we can head off tomorrow. Over the last 5 days we have had a lot of rain, luckily we are off the dirt roads for now. A lot of roads in the areas we have traveled are closed due to flooding or water on the roads, so we have been lucky to have been able to see and do what we had planned. Karijini was amazing, and I was able to swim a few Gorges. The Adventure Tour we did into Hancock Gorge and beyond was the best experience of my life, I am so glad I did it. All the dirt roads in the park are very rough, also the roads across through to Millstream and towards Karratha are all very corrugated. With the rain they are now closed and will be even worse until they can grade the roads.
